What are interior angle traverses best suited for?

Civil or architecture engineer needed for topography map?

Hello, I have a topography map for a 1 Squared KM of land, I need some software to convert it into a 3d model map to understand how we can build on it, can some one advice me…. thanks in advance
in more precise words(Thanks to Longtall T) i knew what exactly do i need, I need 3d surface modeling, to know which Villa design shall I accept, IE: the location of swimming pool, basket ball location, parks,……)
