I have maintained property next to mine for 30 years can I aquire this property.

I have lived next to a school property for nearly 30 years. The topography is such that the school yard and a fence they put up about 10 years ago leaves a fairly large parcel of land (maybe 50 ft wide by 150 ft deep) between the school yard and me. On my side of the fence large trees have grown up and it truly looks like this is my property but legally it is not. Although one neighbor says the previous owner had bought the land from the school but our deed doesn’t show that. I have heard that one can acquire land that you have maintained (I have mowed it for 30 years) this legally but don’t know who to ask. Any info would be appreciated. This located in a city in the state of Missouri.

This property has frontage on Highway 55 and and will be zoned Planned Development soon. It is 12 miles from downtown Raleigh and the main draw here is Research Triangle Park that continues to provide high income research tech. jobs. Does anyone have any imput, tips, warmings, etc. when purchasing raw land?

Hi, my name is Bob. This weekend my wife Maddie and myself are flying from our home in the Bay area up to Spokane, Washington State. From there we travel by auto to Okanogan County, located in North Central Washington State approx. 45 minutes south of the Canadian border. We will be looking at parcels of land that are 5 to 20 acres in size. I am already aware of what I want regarding topography, size, shape, location and cost of land. Water is by well, waste is by septic. Power and phone is on some parcels and not on others. This makes solar a possibility, but I am still making power from the grid a priority with solar as a possible back up. To find out a more exact cost to run power lines I have to contact the local utility. Septic systems are allowed after passing a perk test by the state dept of health. Wells are drilled until water is located or I can have it hauled in. With all of this info can anyone tell me if I missed anything? Thanx, Robert

What part of New York City would I hypothetically be living in if my home was a loft in a converted warehouse?

I don’t have an idea as to the ecomonical topography of the City, but I can assume that you only live in Manhattan if you can afford it. So where else would a quasi-modern Bohemian with heavy pockets go to find their working-class dream pad?
