    8 acres with dense woods, no water, no electricity, dirt road that is passable sometimes, (rezoning possible= you can have all that for a hefty price) Is that Slopeing lot or slopping lot? Slopeing means damn near straight up and down Slopping means, Thar used to be pigs here

    The hillside at steep angle undeveloped means most likely there are bunch of trees some may be bigger for shade or mobile homes usually wooded means most likely means the local government hasnt decided to only stick homes usually rezoning means it is brushy usually.

    The acres is planted with lots of trees and possible roads.
